Pamela Bird has painted in watercolor since 1991. Mostly self taught, she got her start in a workshop from Tina Ingraham. She studied portrait drawing with Tina as well as some one on one instructions. Pamela has also recently studied with Doris Anne Holman. Pamela has shown and sold her work in a variety of shows. She has participated in local art groups such as the Freeport Art Club and Merry-Meeting Art Association where she has served as past newsletter editor and past president.

 Besides watercolor painting, Pamela has been making her own jewelry, her own paper, creating greeting cards of her work as well as other artists. She enjoys designing and graphic arts for print and fabric. She has some of her floral designs on t shirts available for sale and a design for a tote bag which includes her son and favorite dog.
